Embonpoint

The word of today is embonpoint which is a noun which means plumpness of person; stoutness.

First, Grasshopper, it cannot be too light and fluffy; when you reach down and grab a handful, it must feel firm, and clump into a heavy, solid mass that can be packed easily into an orb about the size of an apple, and, most importantly, the size can be easily increased by adding more to the already packed globe in your hand. If the consistency is right, the next step is to roll the balls, three in all, with each one larger than the other; but this, as with all things worth doing, is not as easy as it sounds.

The first, the largest, and unarguably the most critical part of your project, the base of your embonpoint creation, is what experts often refer to as the foundation sphere. This round base, which will require considerable preplanning on your part, must be continuously rolled around the yard to a size that can no longer be pushed, and yet, with your final heave, arrive at the final predestined display location. The importance of this step cannot be stressed enough, for no matter how well the remaining balls are fashioned, or the number or type of creative accouterments used as adornment, if the bottom base does not have sufficient girth, the overall effect will not be pleasing to the eye. In fact, without enough attention to this particular detail, your Snowperson may not even be worthy of a photo.
