Mo: We need a plan for coming up with ideas for this blog. Since we want to be better writers, how about we incorporate the ideas of two different websites… Word of the Day at dictionary.com and SixSentences.blogspot.com.
Miney: Sounds like a lot of work.
Mo: Nah, it will be fun. Trust me.
Miney: I’ve heard that before.
Mo: If it doesn’t work we’ll try something else.
Miney: Promise?
Mo: Girlscout’s honor.
Miney: You were never a Girlscout.
Mo: I was a Brownie for a couple meetings.
Miney: Whatever. How do you want to do this again?
Mo: Okay. Every day there is a word of the day on Dictionary.com. We will make up a story comprised of six sentences and incorporate the word of the day in the story. We will take turns. Maybe not everyday, but every couple of days or however long it takes. But we can write other stuff too, if we want, depending on how much we feel like writing.
Miney: You, me and Lego?
Mo: Sure. How about it?
Miney: Don’t you think it will be a little difficult for Lego?
Mo: Maybe, but she will just have to buck up and get with the program.
Lego: {whispering} You were only a Brownie for one meeting…
